Create an environment where customers can explore and be wowed by a flagship experience.


Products were curated for uniqueness and exclusivity. Customers were invited to touch and explore everything in the store. The experience focused on a theme park vibe, different from an expected retail environment. Customers were guided by 132 digital screens that presented relevant lifestyle with usable chunks of information, with different content relative to their position in the journey.


The AT&T Chicago Flagship continues to be a big draw for affluent tourists and in-town locals. Customers are pleased by the self-guiding experience and the easy access to customer service reps should they have questions or specific needs.
