Mirage rises like a distant metropolis in the desert, or an ancient artifact uncovered by a sandstorm, its form evoking both mystery and wonder. A moderately weighty, floor-standing sculpture, it draws on materials from across the globe—American, Indian, and Japanese influences, alongside recycled Queen Anne legs. Primarily made from old pipe stands and organ pipes, Mirage is both visually captivating and functional, offering ample storage space in its bottom chamber. At the top, each pipe is marked with a note, blowing into them produces that note, adding a musical element to the piece. Made from eco-friendly, up-cycled materials, Mirage is an artist-made, hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind creation that blends sustainable art with inventive design.
